“Hello, I have a pb310 and cannot switch from AUX to BLUETOOTH to get it to pair to my phone and once plugged into wall outlet I can't control anything let alone hard reset. Please advise what I can do”

Your question is a little confusing are you asking about the pb310 or your phone? What’s not working? If you are talking about the speaker download the JBL app you probably need a software update. Also there are buttons on the speaker where you can change the mode of the speaker from AUX to Bluetooth and to USB.
