- Answer Thanks for your question. Our JBL PartyBox Encore Essential doesn't have a multi-point feature to connect multiple devices simultaneously. It would be necessary to unpair and pair it again to connect to another device.

QuestionI paired a 710 with a encore essential on TWS mode, but adjusting the volume has to be done independently. I can't manage to sync volume between them. Is it possible to raise or lower the volume on both speakers at the same time?

- Answer Hello hope this answers my reach your needs. Giving that the 710 is more powerful than the party encore essential. The tws button on the back work’s greater on another party encore essential. So that you may adjusted the volume on your phone iPads pc via Bluetooth etc. yes you may have to adjust the volume on one device from your phone unfortunately. You may have to adjust the other device manually thank you.

- Answer Thanks for your inquiry. As long as the external battery can consistently supply a minimum of 100-240 Vac/50/60Hz to the speaker, it is feasible to charge our JBL Encore Essential from it.

- Answer Our JBL Partybox Encore Essential can't connect with a JBL Charge 4 as they have different features. The JBL Partybox Encore Essential can only connect with other compatible Partybox speakers via True Wireless Stereo (TWS Mode). Meanwhile, the JBL Charge 4 has a Connect+ feature that can connect with other Connect+ compatible speakers, such as the JBL Flip 4 or Xtreme 2.

- Answer 3 I have 3 microphones ( 1 wired and 2 wireless connected with a dual output from the box. I found you have to connect the wired one for the wireless to work properly. I am not sure why maybe a wiring thing. still investigating, but doesnt really matter anyway except for feedback from the unused wired mike. just place it somewhere away from noise!
