• If you have the product replacememt plan on it, you will be able to go do an exchange on it. Other than that you are out of luck. They dont really do repairs on stuff like that. That is why they push the product replacement on items like this.

• No Best Buy can't fix broken USB ports. Depending on the store they'll try to fix it or either give you store credit or recommend you send it to JBL. If you send it to JBL you either get it fixed, a refurbished one if fixing is impossible, or asked if you want an alternative. That's why I put mine on warranty so if anything happens I'm good either way.
