“hi JBL Support, why doesn't it say anywhere that you can't connect these wirelessly to an Xbox? on the box itself it says "works great with" and has Xbox listed as the first icon.”

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the Xbox controller does not support USB headsets. This is not specific to JBL. For use with the Xbox One, you are limited to using the 3.5mm wired connection.
