“Bought the JBL - Quantum 600 and the audio input (mic) doesn't work with the HP Chromebook. Tried the audio jack, the usb to usb-c cable and the wireless receiver (all included with the quantaum 600). Anyone else run into this?”

The USB-C cable and port of our JBL Quantum 600 are for charging the headphones only. Please check the settings of your computer and make sure that you have selected Quantum 600 as the audio input and output.
