I actually found a solar powered battery mod on eBay, they do make one

I would doubt that they would make a solar panel for it but there is a Dev tool kit available on the Motorola Droid Z website. Anyone can design a mod and post it. I wouldn't expect it to have much of a charge capability since the panel would be so small. You're better off looking on Google for actual portable hiking and camping solar equipment. I have a 2 panel one and it never really fully charges my phone but it does extend the life a couple days if I just leave it plugged in on a picnic table...
