Do these have the hearing aid feature? null

Not sure what you mean by that, but they do allow for outside noise to be heard through the "Ambient Aware" feature as well as steady volume for better hearing.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tour Pro 3 isn't designed and tested to be used as a hearing aid. It doesn't have a feature to amplify conversation and surround sounds.
