To do this, double tap on the right earbud. Then, on the second tap, press and hold the buds for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). Please make sure that both earbuds are out of the charging case before doing so. Remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair them again.
