QuestionMy JBL Tune 130NC earbuds started making a loud piercing whistling noise while in the case. I am not sure if it was the earbud or the case. When I opened the case, it stopped. What could cause this?

- Answer Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You may try to perform a factory reset by removing both earbuds from the case and tap the touch control twice and hold for 5 secs.
