QuestionI just bought a Flip 5, do I need to break the speaker in before high volume? Or do they come broke in. I was excited when I got it yesterday an hit high volume for 5 seconds. Do you guys think the flip 5 can handle it lol? Also can my fone be on ¹ volume

QuestionMy JBL xtreme only plays music with one speaker the other is silent when playing music but does play power on/off and pairing sounds. I memorize the tweeters didnt play any sounds but i didnt pay much attention to them. Nothing seemed wrong inside.

QuestionHi I bought a brand new JBL extreme speaker and it’s not charging. It only shows 1 flashing light when I turn it one. When it’s off and plugged in the wall no lights are one. This is the first time that I am charging it since I bought it.

- Answer it shows the lights for a short time then turn off but it still charging let it charged for a couple hours you will see it moves from 1 to more flashing lights

QuestionReplaced JBL Xtreme battery, but it still won’t charge (1 red light flashes... No white charge lights lit)... Plugged JBL into wall & my iPhone into 1 of 2 JBL USB ports which should charge my iPhone - but it doesn’t charge.

- Answer Make sure you get the battery with the control chip on it. Ebay has them for about $40. You can only charge your phone if the device is on and has charge in the battery
