• No because the battery for this particular bike cannot be removed therefore one cannot switch out the batteries.

• Hi Kyle, the J5 does not have a removable battery (and opening up your Jetson will void your warranty if you still have one) so you cannot purchase an additional battery for extended traveling distance. If you're looking for a model with a removable battery, we would suggest the Haze! Hope this helps!
