Q: Questionis this higher than the bolt pro? In the images in the bolt pro looks like sitting very low and this one looks higher just wanted to confirm, thanks.

• A:Answer Great question! Both the Bolt Pro and J5 have 14-inch tires, however, the Bolt Pro can have a lower seat height (28.5") while the J5's lowest seat height is 30". Hope this helps and happy riding!

• A:Answer Hi Dee! The J5 has a seat height range between 30.3" - 36.2", and the crankset height (from the bottom bracket) is 11.0". We cannot say for sure whether or not you will fit comfortably on the J5, as each rider's body is built differently, but we hope you find this information helpful in determining whether or not the J5 will be a good fit for you! Q: QuestionCan you attach a bike buggy or trailer? The kind that holds things, animals or kids behind the back to wheel behind you? I’m thinking something to hold my beach accessories if this would fit a trailer or buggy. See attached photo of example

• A:Answer Jetson does not currently offer any trailers that are compatible with our e-bikes, but you may have luck finding one from a third-party seller that will fit your Jetson! Please keep in mind that Jetson cannot guarantee the compatibility of any third-party parts, as they are not Jetson-tested and approved. We might recommend checking our Reddit group (r/Jetson_Electric) as we have seen riders post photos of their Haze with a buggy for their dog. Hope this helps and happy riding!
