• You can cut the seat post to shorten the height of seat.

• Hi Dee! The J5 has a seat height range between 30.3" - 36.2", and the crankset height (from the bottom bracket) is 11.0". We cannot say for sure whether or not you will fit comfortably on the J5, as each rider's body is built differently, but we hope you find this information helpful in determining whether or not the J5 will be a good fit for you!
