GreatCall service plans have carryover minutes that are good for 60 days. After this time frame they will expire. Please note: we always use the older minutes first to provide our customers the opportunity to utilize their carryover minutes. "Our customers have the following payment options to pay for their monthly service: · Direct debit from their credit card by having a recurring credit card on file · ACH payment directly from the customer’s Checking or Savings account. · Mail in paper check after receiving invoice (write the account number on the memo line) · Send in a money order after receiving an invoice (write the account number on the memo line) · Calling Customer Service and making a one-time payment with a credit/debit card over the phone every month. (fee of $5.00) · Signing up for a MyGreatCall.com account – Make a one-time payment with a credit/debit card online Customers are always able to switch their monthly payment method based on their needs."

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You pay monthly for the minutes and I don't think the minutes do not transfer like att. I ended up switching back to att since great call phones don't really have much option for web and my parents didn't like it.
