    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer GreatCall service plans have carryover minutes that are good for 60 days. After this time frame they will expire. Please note: we always use the older minutes first to provide our customers the opportunity to utilize their carryover minutes. "Our customers have the following payment options to pay for their monthly service: · Direct debit from their credit card by having a recurring credit card on file · ACH payment directly from the customer’s Checking or Savings account. · Mail in paper check after receiving invoice (write the account number on the memo line) · Send in a money order after receiving an invoice (write the account number on the memo line) · Calling Customer Service and making a one-time payment with a credit/debit card over the phone every month. (fee of $5.00) · Signing up for a MyGreatCall.com account – Make a one-time payment with a credit/debit card online Customers are always able to switch their monthly payment method based on their needs."

  • QuestionCan it be used on AT&T

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Yes by following instructions with this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e-2015/general/how-to-verizon-moto-e-2015-gsm-network-t3098953 You can make phone work on AT&T after going in and doing these instructions and afterwards by googling your APN settings for AT&T by setting them in the phone's menu of SETTINGS>DATA USAGE>UPPER RIGHT 3 vertical DOTS>CELLULAR NETWORKS>Access Point Names>either plus circle but rather UPPER RIGHT 3 vertical DOTS for inputting your network information for smooth operation on AT&T networks. AT&T might help you with the APN settings but will not help you with the links instructions. You can go over to this forum at the web link: http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php/1875557-Got-a-couple-of-the-Verizon-9-99-Moto-E-from-Best-Buy-tonight register and sign up to leave ?s if you get stalled and someone can help you or in the top link showing instructions is the best forum for asking how to do it. You will not be disappointed about bringing it over if you or a friend knows computers very well, rather technical; this can be accomplished!!! I placed 2 of these onto other carriers than Verizon!!!

Port In requests require the following information: • Service number to be ported in 10 digit number only • Carrier from which the number is being ported • Account number from original carrier • Password/PIN number (if required by carrier and/or if set by yourself) • Last 4 digits of the account holder’s Social Security Number • Account holder’s name (billing name w/ current carrier) • Account holder’s billing address on the account with the prior carrier NOTE: Please verify the following information prior to the request: • Account is still active. • Account is not under contract. • There are no pending orders; i.e. cancellation orders. Please note your mobile number may or may not be portable depending on the carrier. Once you provide us with the number you would like to port in we will validate it in our system to confirm it is portable. For immediate assistance, you can call our Customer Service team 7 days a week by dialing 1-800-733-6632."
