• No you aren’t able to answer the call from the headset you would need to answer from the computer.

• Hi there, yes, you can answer calls using the JLab Go Work. To answer calls from the computer using the JLab Go Work, first make sure that the headset is paired to your computer. Then, open the app that you want to use to make and receive calls, such as Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. Make sure that the headset is selected as the audio input and output device.
