“The left earbud continually cuts out while listening to music or on conference calls. I have to put it back into the case to 'reset' it. Am I doing something wrong?”

Hi there, we are extremely sorry about this. As always we have a two-year warranty on all Bluetooth products and would be able to exchange for a new set if for any manufacturer issues. Please contact our customer support team for help. -JLab Audio
