“both of my eadbuds stop charging ( no light when at all. even when charger) my charger case it completely charge.. i try holding it for 10 second to reset it but still can get any light to turn on.”

Call Jlab support - they will give you 100% credit if their suggestions don't solve your problem, you purchased within 2 years, and you have receipts. I found that my local BestBuy store was able to supply my receipt from 6 months prior and Jlab gave me total credit against anything sold on their web site.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try pushing it down while in the charger. Also try pushing down on the connector in the charger then placing them back in there. I have had this problem myself but it doesn't happen often.
