“Hi, My left earbud stopped working. I put in the charging case to see if perhaps it just needed more charge, but even then it still isn't working, this is for both music and calls. How do I get the left earbud to work again? Thank You!”

You can find how to pair it on you tube. You have to tap the outside of the earbuds 4 times when syncing. I had the same problem but followed the directions on how to set and it worked!
