Yes you can ! As long the phone reaches the range for both ive walked away at 35 feet and still got sound .

Please try again later.You can, as long as you are within range...but you can also do that with any set of bluetooth headphones, the only difference being that while using only one of these in your ear, the volume will be so low that you can sign whatever you're hearing and it would be louder than these cheap headphones.
