A:AnswerThey have 2 different sized squishies, they were a little bit uncomfortable for me at first and they stayed in my ear fine so I tried the smaller squishies and now they feel so much better. I also have small ear holes so most earbuds feel uncomfortable to me but these are really nice.
A:AnswerTry power it off and then put it back in the case and give it a few seconds and then take it out, power it back on and then give it some time to pair with it each other. One of them will be blinking while the other is solid blue meaning that they are ready to pair with a device.

A:AnswerYou can be up to 30 feet away from the phone and still have a conversation. Anything further than that, and the bluetooth connection is very shaky.
A:AnswerThe cord attatched to the case is a usb charger. If you want it to charge from a wall you have to order a male/ female usb adapter. Thats what i did.
