A:AnswerOnly the right ear will work for phone calls, it is a common thing with the true wireless headphones. I think only apple and Samsung may have the capability to have phone calls come through on both ear buds
A:AnswerI'm not sure if this is your problem, but if you aren't using the right headphone the left won't work. They need to both be used together. Otherwise, I'd contact the company.
