A:AnswerIt only takes a few hours to charge the case and the buds from dead to full. A charge lasts me about 5-6 hours before I have to put them back in the case.
A:AnswerI bought these as a gift for my 11yo. She says that they’re very comfortable with great sound quality. She hasn’t mentioned them falling out and has yet to lose one of them.
A:AnswerYou may need to make sure that you have a good wifi or data connection. If you have spotty service it could cause your Bluetooth to be jumpy. Also if you are connecting to Bluetooth through your phone, make sure your phone is close to the right ear bud, since that is the ear bud that controls Bluetooth connectivity. If you get too far from your phone the earbuds will disconnect from Bluetooth.
A:AnswerI recently got these yesterday and they haven't really fallen out for me at all yet, and if they seem too big for you and feel uncomfortable or like they're gonna fall out they have a few different size squishies that you can put on them to either make them bigger or smaller. I guess really it all depends on the shape of your ear too but from personal experience they stay in very well. I hope that helps.
A:AnswerYes, it can be used to make phone calls. Sound quality is pretty good for music listening. Not too sure, but some people had mentioned that my voice was not really clear.
A:AnswerThis is a question for Apple TV customer service, as it deals with whether or not Apple TV can connect and supply audio to multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time.

A:AnswerHave you tried turning it off and back on again? Seriously though, return it. Might be a defective one. Possibly returned prior for the same reason.
A:AnswerOnly as high as your phone allows but their should be a sound amplifier mode in your accessibility settings that allows you to use a head set to amplify quiet sounds around you but keep the louder noises from getting louder. If you have a recent model so this headset can be used for hearing impaired in that way.
