- Answer The audio sounds really nice....they aren’t as loud as other wired earbuds I have, but the bass and clarity is good. There are three audio profile settings also. One is a bass boost.

- Answer The case has a battery to charge the ear pods. The case had a build in usb connection to charge the case.

- Answer You can use one earbud or both. Initially, you pair them together and store them in their case. When you remove them, they will automatically pair with each other and your phone.

- Answer The manual says the buds are waterproof but not the case. It warns us to make sure the buds are dry before putting them into the charging case.

- Answer You just plug it into a normal USB port. It is strange, but it only looks like that because it is reversible. By that, I mean that you can plug the USB in upside down and right side up and it'll work either way.

- Answer I can wear apple earbuds and they fit me fine. These I use the medium tips and they fit great. I absolutely love them, especially for the price. If they don't fit always can always take them back.

QuestionHow can you easily grab them out of the case. My fingers keep slipping.

- Answer Best solution I've found is to go from the center and push out, if you can just slightly grab an edge they will push out pretty easily. If you really have trouble use a tool of some kind. Hopefully something soft and thin, most likely plastic so you don't damage the case or earbuds. A small piece of plastic, be it a plastic knife or old giftcard can do it. Though you might want to just try the Sports version that have more to grab due to the wrap around ear piece.
