“I just bought these but I can only get one to pair at a time, never both. Please tell me a solution to this as I'm getting very infuriated.”

• Reset them, Unpair them from your phone. Then pull both out at the same time, and connect them both. then you should be able to just put one back in the charging case while the other stays connected.
