I wouldn't suggest these for exercise only because sweat makes the headset slip off your frames (personal experience). But I hardly notice them weight-wise.

The bad: They really only work with glasses that have straight and flat temples. I bought a pair for use with my interchangeable lens sport glasses and they don't work for me because the temples have a curve to them and do not have a flat cross section (they're more of a "D" shape) which forces them to try to slip up and off. Trying to use a rubber band to keep them in place occurred to me but another issue is bike helmet clearance. The bottom edge of the bicycle helmet presses down, forcing the glasses to put downward pressure on my nose and ears.
