“Do these go fully around the ear without putting any pressure on any part of it? I have an industrial piercing (and several other ear piercings) and need over-ear headphones that don't press on them causing irritation. Thanks!”

It depends on your ear size, of course, but for someone with average ears they will fit completely inside the earcups. My spouse had this same concern with fresh flat & helix pierces and reported no issues. They ear cups are very soft if there is anything touching your ear.
