• If seamlessly means with the push of a button on the bottom of the mouse, then yes. Once set up on the 2 Bluetooth devices you can use it on one, hit the button on the bottom switching to the 2d BT and it will connect to the 2d device. Max 2 BT devices.

• Yes. It can remember the pairing for two separate Bluetooth devices plus has a 3rd setting for connecting to the radio adapter (USB), so if you use them all you can quick swap between 3 devices.
