“I've had these headphones for nearly two months and just today the right ear piece started going in and out (dead and then full volume and then dead again). Is there some way to reset them or are they defective?”

I can only guess that it is the wiring on the headset but like I said, just a guess. Can’t diagnose it exactly until I see it.
