Micro phone is located on the headset. You pull it in and out. It could be used for a call center if it's compatible with Bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The microphone is in the right ear cup. It pulls out and when not in use will tuck back into the cup. No reason it can't be used for a call center that I know of.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The mic is located in the front of the right ear speaker. There's a pullout and the wire is extended outward. It doesn't go very far. On my large head, it barely reaches my cheek, let alone the corner of my mouth. That said, it works great. I tested it with the MicTest app from the Play store on my Android MotoPlay G7 and even though it feels far from my mouth, it had no issues picking up the words I spoke. I don't have any experience with a call center, but it states on the box that it works with Nintendo, xbox, Playstation, PC or Mac. Also that the mic works well with games and calls. It works via Bluetooth and it's probably the easiest headset I've ever paired with my smartphone. Hope that helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The headset features a retractable boom mic on the right ear piece. In my opinion, the headset would work well in a call center or home based call center. There is a mute button built in to the headset and the mic works in either Bluetooth or the wired 3.5mm mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The mic retracts into the right side. As far as using them at a call center, I think they're a bit lightweight for all-day commercial use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello nan, the microphone is on the retractable mic boom (pictured below). I can't say with certainty, but do plan to review this unit within the coming weeks. However I fully believe it will work for your call center requirement, or any other device that uses Bluetooth connectivity. Best of luck Nan, Stay tuned . . .
