- Answer The part on the back of the phone holder that comes out a bit (the part with the logo in it) has a little cutaway you put your finger in to open it. Then you can expand it! It takes a lot of force to open it the first time.

- Answer There’s a release on the back the you have to open. It’s like a latch. Once you pull that open. It will expand.
