USB-C is the new standard port instead of USB. The USB QC3.0 port uses Qualcomm QuickCharge™ technology which allows for the charging of battery powered devices, primarily mobile phones, at levels above and beyond the typical 5 volts and 2 amps for which most USB standards allow. This means you can charge the device connected on the QC3.0 port faster than the other ports.
This power hub is a plug-and-play device and doesn't need instructions.
