- Answer Hi, Thank you for purchasing a Just Wireless product. USB-C is the new standard port instead of USB. The USB QC3.0 port uses Qualcomm QuickCharge™ technology which allows for the charging of battery powered devices, primarily mobile phones, at levels above and beyond the typical 5 volts and 2 amps for which most USB standards allow. This means you can charge the device connected on the QC3.0 port faster than the other ports. This power hub is a plug-and-play device and doesn't need instructions. Questionis this device actually wireless? ie, I have a Surface Pro with 1 port and I'm currently using a 4 port wired USB hub. The wire to the hub is inconvenient. I'd much rather have a hub that connects to my Surface without a wire and out of the way.

- Answer Yes its can be used in power range from 100 V -240 V. Depending on which country you visit you might need an adapter for there outlet.
