QuestionI have an iPhone 8+ with case (with magnet behind it for dashboard in my car) and put on the charger. It charged briefly but then stopped. I took the case off and magnet and blue light flashes but my phone doesn’t show as charging. Now what?

- Answer Happened to me. You need to move your device around and make sure you're in the right spot. If it still won't connect it might be defective

- Answer Hey! I have this charger and if it blinks blue it means the phone isn't on the disc properly. If you move it around it will turn solid that means its charging. I hope i'm not to late. Its really a good charger
