A:AnswerI asked the installer at Best Buy the same question and he said it's not possible to do that with this stereo. He said when you GPS from your phone it will Bluetooth the instructions through the stereo even if you are listening to music it will interrupt the music and tell you when you have to turn ahead of time but it doesn't mirror the Google Map that you see on your phone at least according to the installer. I just took his word for it so I never really investigated further than that

A:AnswerIt does not have a built-in navigation system. If using android you have to mirror the image from Google maps onto the jvc display. If using iPhone 4s or older version, you can use one of the compatible Gps apps listed on the jvc website. If using a newer iPhone I believe you have to use the lightning cord and use the gps app already in your phone. Hope this helps!
