A:Answer I've not had it installed yet, so I can't answer the first part of your question. as to the other parts installation is not included, you have to pay to have it installed and there is only one person who does the installations at the Best Buy I frequent but because I work during normal installation hours, I needed it done on the weekend. it has not yet been installed because the waiting list for weekends is long.
