QuestionI got the receiver all hooked up and everything works good except when I make or receive a phone call the caller can hear me but I cannot hear them. The speakers work fine for everything else but calls. Should I do firmware update for Iphone xr?

- Answer Yes and yes. Has built-in AM/FM tuner with the ability to store up to 15 FM stations and 5 AM in presets. For Sirius XM, you will also need an antenna and subscription.

- Answer There are pieces that go along with the stereo. If you're going through with bestbuy, they ask for your model, make, and year of the car to determine the extra pieces needed. Also, your steering wheel and back up camera will still work. It’s in the settings of the system. Hope this helps!

- Answer You can change the seek mode to Auto 2 in order to search by presets. Simply touch the AUTO1 icon repeatedly until AUTO 2 is displayed.
