QuestionDoes this HU come with a remote? I added "comes w/ remote" for search options and this unit showed up, however the listing doesn't state it anywhere.

- Answer It does not comes with a conventional remote. It is sold separately. RM-RK52. It is compatible with a smartphone application, JVC REMOTE

- Answer It looks like you might need a car kit of sorts for this,I would also verify on crutchfield. As far as installation i'd give them a call directly usually the geek squad works on installs.

- Answer It comes with the capability of connecting a camera, but there is not a camera bundled with this stereo.

QuestionHello, I got my Best Buy $299 jack kw-830bt head unit and system installed Friday. I’m having a problem when connected to CarPlay the radio randomly shuts down and restarts. Is this a know problem and do I need to return it to Best Buy?

QuestionI have a '14 Mazda 6 which has a joystick/knob for working the current in-dash nav system. Is this system compatible with that or will the joystick pretty much be useless after it's installed?

- Answer That joystick will be useless, you can maintain steering wheel controls with the steering wheel module though. I remember searching on that same question a few years back.

QuestionI have tried multiple USB drives, but cannot get the unit to update the firmware. All files downloaded onto Windows 10 desktop, unzipped, and copied to a 2 GB drive. Persistent error message, "No Media Found". BUT USB drive with music plays fine.

- Answer Use a 8gb to 32 gb usb and try again with only the two files in it!!
