“Right now I'm struggling with my radio because whenever I want to watch a Youtube video for music there is a clear 1-2 second delay between the audio and the video. So does this radio contain such a delay? Also will it plug in USB with a Note 9?”

Deavin, my radio does not have a delay and yes it will work with a note 9 that's the same phone I have.
