“I bought this radio at the Best Buy in Carson City and they installed it. However, even though it says 'Sirius-xm' ready, there is no radio ID. Apparently it need a part, maybe an antenna to work as a satellite radio. Please advise.”

• You need the Sirius XM Adapter. If this is installed then go to satellite radio and go to channel 0. You will be able to see the radio ID there.
