QuestionI had the jvc kw-r920bts before it died & still have the wiring installed & the bracket also. pretty much wondering if I can just buy this unit & Plug it in using the existing wiring from the 920 into the 930 and install it myself w/o buying anything else

QuestionI was planning to purchase this for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, as I found it is compatible with my vehicle. My one question is: My Wrangler has controls for the factory receiver located in the steering wheel as well, could I still use them with this receiver?

- Answer Yes, but you will need an aftermarket add-on to do it such as the iDatalink Maestro SW Steering Wheel Control Adapter, which sells for about $60. Most places will also charge extra to install it (BestBuy was $60 in addition to the FREE installation.)

QuestionHave a 2007 Ford Focus with a factory radio/CD player with front and rear speakers. Plug into radio is factory. Its very easy to remove. Will the radio fit the opening and mounting screws. And can I just plug the jack in and expect it to work.

- Answer For any aftermarket radio, you will need an aftermarket wiring kit for your car. You will use the new harness to and our harness given with radio and snap into place on both sides.

QuestionI had a JVC KW-R930BTS receiver installed in my Jeep. After adjusting the clock to the correct time, the clock display now disappears after 10 seconds. I confirmed the clock display is "on" and text scroll is "off'. No luck getting the clock to stay on.
