I bought this online and went to the store several days after I received the product. The store did a return and repurchase of the stereo and install was free. I'd suggest you check with the store or at least print out that your purchase includes free installation at the time of your purchase.

There was a six-week back up of appointments and I got to pick the first available date and time I wanted with the free install. They were other charges for adapters for my vehicle, so the total was about twice the cost of the unit itself.
