“When using bluetooth, can the unit easily distinguish between 2 different phones? Like nickname them iPhone 1 and iPhone 2 and switch between the 2? I have a similar unit from Pioneer that can't control which iPhone it's syncing to, it's crazy.”

It can distinguish between phones, when you are ready to pair you have to go to the bluetooth settings on the phone you want to use and pair it with that phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The radio lets you change between phones in the menu if in case there's more than 1 person in the car wanting to use the Bluetooth. The radio will always sync up to the first phone that the radio recognizes. As far as nicknaming, if your phone is named for instance Bob.. then the radio will recognize your phone as Bob. The phones Bluetooth needs to be named for the radio to read it as "Bob" or whatever nickname you give your phone.
