• That definitely depends on what you have as far as a headunit. You won't over power them. They will sound good for just about anything but they won't add power. They will probably have a better range of sound for sure. You will definitely notice a difference. And if you plan on adding a better unit or add a amp they are already there. Good luck

• You will most likely lose sound - these speakers suck compared to my OEM/stock speakers I replaced in my car.
