Have you tried holding the button until the light flashes? You may have to reconnect them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The light will not come on when it's fully charged. Hold down the button on the side until you hear the little indicator beep that's it's on. The tone goes up for on and down for off. Hope that helps.
