Its paired but says there is a problem turning on null

Are you using a cell phone to pair with your gumy's? Check you're settings be sure your Bluetooth is on. Check to see if you have another device turned on. You are using iPhone/Android? You shouldn't have an issues. Be sure your gumy's are charged. Good luck.
