The Mic on mine didn't work at all. No one can hear me at all

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I haven't had much luck with calls using these headphones. The best solution I've come up with has been to use the remote earpiece as a mic and let it hang around my neck while the other piece is in my ear.
