I've only used my headphones once, then I turned it off. When I tried to use them again it wouldn't turn on. I've been trying to charge it but the red light won't come on to let my know that it charging. I wanted to know what I am doing wrong. null

Have you tried holding the button until the light flashes?
 You may have to reconnect them.

The light will not come on when it's fully charged. Hold down the button on the side until you hear the little indicator beep that's it's on. The tone goes up for on and down for off. Hope that helps.

If it's not too late, take them back to the store and say they're defective. Otherwise, call Apple tech support or your local Apple Store and schedule a Genius Bar appointment. You won't have to pay anything up front.

Please try an alternate cable if possible, and try plugging into a different USB to charge. If those ideas do not resolve your problem, please contact JVC customer care.
