It blocks out a considerable amount of noise but I would say they fall short of being noise canceling. I use them to block out background noise when I'm studying at a coffee shop and they work well.

These use the same type of tips as our corded HA-EN10/HA-ENR15, so they would provide similar amounts of noise blocking. Actual noise blocking is purely a function of how well the tips fit the specific user. There is generally some reduction in ambient noise. Two sizes are provided.
