When I hold the ON button down, it turns on with a blue light, then blinks red to blue over and over and over until I turn it back off. While it's on and blinking, it doesn't connect. How can I fix this? null

The first time you use the headphone, you need to pair it. That's the red/blue blinking mode. After that, please only hold the button down until the light first comes on. Then you will get sound. If you continue to hold it down and it starts blinking red/blue, then it is in pairing mode again, and will not connect normally.

When you see the blue light alone, it's turning on, when you see blue and red blinking together, it's trying to connect, so let go of the headphones button and push connect on the device you're connecting to.

It blinks different colors because it isn't connected to anything. What you do is turn the device on and just leave it on until you turn Bluetooth on in your phone and search for nearby devices. You'll see JVC in your phone or PC or whatever has the Bluetooth and just press to connect then the blinking will stop on the JVC headphones.
