GM, in the past I’ve had earbuds stop working and that because the connections are somewhat fragile. Unless you have the knowledge on how to take apart and the tools needed there is really nothing to do. I save myself by picking up the additional warranty at time of purchase, that way I go back to the store and exchange. That’s an item and a damage that the geek techs will not take care of.
